Marius Mason is a revolutionary anarchist, avid community gardener,musician, parent of two, writer, Earth First! Organizer, IWW member, and former volunteer for a free herbal healthcare collective. He was an extended care assistant at a small Cincinnati school when arrested on March 10, 2008 by federal agents. Marius was convicted of involvement with a December, 1999 arson at a Michigan State University office in which GMO research was being conducted and a January, 2000 arson of logging equipment in Mesick, Michigan. Both arsons were claimed by the Earth Liberation Front.
Joseph Dibee

Joseph Dibee, an alleged member of the Earth Liberation Front and Animal Liberation Front, was arrested in Cuba in August 2018 and is now being held in Oregon. He is facing federal criminal charges in Oregon, California, and Washington related to acts of economic sabotage against a horsemeat-packing facility, an old-growth timber company, and other operations harming animals and the environment. He is accused of disappearing in 2005 before a federal grand jury indicted Dibee and 12 others as part of Operation Backfire, an FBI investigation into animal and Earth liberation groups which has led to over 15 arrests.
Red Fawn Fallis

An January 5, 2017 indictment charged Red Fawn with felony counts of civil disorder and discharging a firearm in relation to a felony crime of violence. These charges are in addition to an earlier charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Michael “Rattler” Markus #06280-073

On September 27, 2018, Rattler was sentenced to 36 months pursuant to a non-cooperating plea agreement previously accepted by the court on February 13, 2018. Under the agreement, the Use of Fire to Commit a Federal Felony Offense charge was dismissed and prosecutors and defense jointly recommended a sentence of three years in prison for the Civil Disorder charge. Rattler self-surrendered to the Bureau of Prisons on November 26, 2018, and was placed in FCI Sandstone in Minnesota.

Jeremy Hammond

Jeremy plead guilty to conspiracy to use his computer savvy to attack the website of Strategic Forecasting (Stratfor) as well as other conservative groups and State operators, exposing surveillance and repression against environmentalists and other activists. He is serving 10 years.

Move is an eco-revolutionary group for black liberation and in defense of all life. There are currently seven MOVE activists in prison each serving 35-100 years after been framed for the murder of a cop while their house was being raided in 1978. Merle Africa died in prison in 1998 and Phil Africa in 2015, both under suspicious circumstances.
